Hey Chapman students! Give us your best European accent and you could win a trip to Paris and London!
The Chapman Challenge video contest is now closed. Congrats to our winner LaurenB!
She'll soon be enjoying Contiki's London and Paris Tour!
The Challenge
Nobody likes to travel abroad and stick out like a tacky tourist. So in an
effort
to help you blend in with the natives during your next vacation, we’re challenging Chapman University students to capture your best European accent/impression and upload the video right here.
Your impression can be a common phrase, gesture, look or accent. It could be French, Irish, German, British, Italian, whichever European country you like. And we’re not necessarily looking for accuracy here so grab some props, costumes or accessories and make it as funny as you can!
All the eligible videos will be displayed here and Chapman students can vote for their favorites throughout January/February. The video with the highest ratings/views combo* by March 5, 2010 will win the grand prize!
Enter on the Chapman campus!
Saturday Night Magazine and Contiki will have a booth at Argyros Forum Walkway where we can record your European accent/impression on the spot and upload it for you! Come find us on campus on the following dates:
Tuesday, February 2
Wednesday, February 3
Thursday, February 4
Tuesday, February 9
Wednesday, February 10
Thursday, February 11
Tuesday, February 16
